If you purchase the paid version, Record It Pro - Screen Recorder, from Apple Mac App Store, you don’t need a license code, and please download and install directly from the Mac App Store.

If you download the free version, Record It - Screen Recorder, from Apple Mac App Store, and upgrade it inside the app, you don’t need to enter license code either, but to restore.

When you paid, but cannot run the full features, please check whether there exist different versions in your computer. If so, we recommend that you uninstall all Record It on your computer and then download and install it again from the corresponding channels.
